Should you have a complaint or dispute with a Theqa-registered eMerchant and feel that the online vendor has not satisfactorily addressed it, Theqa will act as an intermediary to attempt to have the issue resolved. We are deeply committed to ensuring that all businesses within Qatar’s eCommerce ecosystem operate ethically, securely, and with complete respect of your rights as a consumer.

Mediation and Resolution

eShoppers must also note that Theqa, the eCommerce Trustmark, has no legal authority to arbitrate between a merchant and a consumer whenever a conflict arises and as such, the requirements from this Code of Conduct cannot be legally enforced. If a dispute arises between a consumer and a member, Theqa can assume a mediation role between parties and may suggest resolutions when applicable.
